Good meeting design and interaction design ensures that your participants – both in-person and online – will participate, become engaged and remain engaged until the end.

One-stop-shopping

The design of your event is the basis. We design a suitable concept with your objective in mind. And with our team of well-trained technicians and studios full of high-quality equipment, we can facilitate any event, both on-site or in our studios.

When the meeting design is approved, we happily advise on moderation / presentation, we produce fitting slides, we guide your speakers and of course take care of the entire AV-technology: camera, image, light, sound and streaming. In addition, we produce your webinars, training videos and company videos with knowledge, skill and pleasure.

Meeting Design

IN-PERSON
Many events are copies of the previous one, so there is a chance of recurrence of built-in design errors. Such as: too much content and too little space for social contact.

We help you to design with your objective and target group in mind in order to come up with an original form in which your guests, your speakers and your partners thrive!

HYBRID
Would you like to add an online component to your in-person event? Our consultant is a certified Virtual Meeting manager and therefore knows exactly how you can arrange for your online and physically present audience to experience the day together.

ONLINE
Are you targeting a 100% online event? Then we write a unique and appropriate program, in which your guests do not drop out tired and exhausted, but stay with energy and attention until the last.

Audiovisual crew on your venue

A good technician is worth his weight in gold. How great would it be to rely completely on your technical team? That they are on time, build up and break down in a disciplined way and ensure clear sound, good images and the right slides at the right time?

We spend extra time training our crew on behavior on location. Because it is their task to provide good sound or video; it is their job to ensure that your guests have a successful day.

Studios

Mobile studio

We come to you. In the blink of an eye we transform your boardroom, canteen or auditorium into a professional studio, suitable for talkshows, online sessions, webinars or master classes. We make sure you can see your participants on large monitors. From a basic set for, for example, a management team meeting to a fully equipped studio setup with stage, comfort monitors, animated lightning, teleprompters, interpreter booths, and sound reinforcement for a full-scale international event.

Talkshow studio

Just thirty-five kilometers above Amsterdam, we welcome you in our own spacious soundproof studio where your presentation, interview or talkshow can be held. This room is suitable for, for example:

  • Interviews
  • Talk shows
  • Video recordings
  • Live streaming sessions such as General Members’ Meetings (GMM’s)

Do you need more space? We can always use one of our partner studios in IJmuiden, Amsterdam, Utrecht, Nieuw-Vennep, The Hague, Eindhoven, Amersfoort, Arnhem, Nijmegen, Groningen or Leeuwarden.

Webinar / training studio

AVX also has a smaller webinar- and training studio. Spacious enough for one or two people at the studio table and with unique possibilities such as your visuals displayed over a video wall consisting of three 70” screens. Trainers and moderators appreciate the large 84” screen that clearly shows the participants. Very suitable for online masterclasses, webinars and training.
